Reiki is a hands on energy healing technique that offers therapeutic relief to the mind + body. 

A Reiki session can reduce pain, anxiety, depression ; promote mental clarity ; release stuck emotional energy ;  improve self-esteem, and activate your parasympathetic nervous system.

Each 1:1 session provides you with therapeutic support, mental + emotional health check ins, energy clearing, deep relaxation, sound healing, meditation, and nervous system regulation.

It’s common to leave a session feeling significantly calmer, clearer, lighter, grounded, and more peaceful.
